Mobilax provides its customers with 5 accounts corresponding to their monthly consumption.

These accounts (bronze, silver, gold, platinum and diamond) are statuses that the customer reaches thanks to his purchases on the Mobilax website. The higher the customer’s monthly consumption, the higher his status will be giving him access to preferential prices.

• Benefit from discounts on all of our products, including original products, services packs or phones. Yes, at Mobilax, discounts are not limited to accessories. You will therefore be able to enjoy the benefits of your customer account on all the products offered by Mobilax.
• Customer accounts adapted to all. Mobilax offers you levels in line with the amplitude of your purchases. If you happen to be more active, it will be easy for you to reach the higher levels, and thus, to benefit from even more attractive prices. Contrary to the competition, the price scales of the Mobilax customer accounts are easily reachable and will allow you, depending to your purchases, to benefit from advantageous prices on all our products.
• Enjoy even crazier discounts and benefit from a much more interesting advantage than a simple percentage.

One more thing: the amount of discounts in your customer account will be calculated according to the average amount of your purchases over the last three months. In short, the most loyal business customers will benefit from the most advantageous prices. In the same way, if your consumption decreases in the following months, the algorithm will automatically recalculate your discount amount.

OCTOBER purchases: €5155 excl. VAT

NOVEMBER Purchases : 4605€ HT

Your customer level calculated on December 1st will be (3500+5155+4605)/3 = €4420 excluding VAT
