Mobilax was the first wholesaler of accessories and spare parts to set up the deferred payment since 2010. Going beyond a simple customer-supplier relationship, Mobilax wishes to act as a real partner to best meet your needs.

Thus, Mobilax offers you to set up a monthly outstanding payments system in order to facilitate your purchases and to help you be better organized. *

We have developed this service based on the values we consider essential to work together.

The outstanding amount is allocated according to the client's eligibility. The implementation of deferred payment is systematically subject to the prior agreement of our financial partners (regardless of your loyalty status).

A new payment method "Deferred payment" is then available on your account. By selecting it, your orders will be automatically taken into account in our system and shipped immediately.

Please note that if you wish, you always have the possibility to pay your orders by credit card (or if your outstanding balance has expired).

At any time you can see or download your orders on your account. You just have to go to the "order" section of your account, and you will have access to all your orders for the selected period.

The debits are made on the 5th of the following month. All return requests must be made before the 25th day following your first monthly order. Beyond that date, they will be taken into account for the following month.
