Shipping and Delivery
Mobilax has been at your service since 2010. All orders are placed via our website mobilax.com, and shipped to several French-speaking territories; France, Belgium, Switzerland and the French overseas departments.
It is also possible to ship to Europe and different addresses worldwide by contacting us.
Our warehouses and our teams are able to process and ship several thousand pieces daily.
Mobilax has set up a supply chain to better manage your orders, thus ensuring optimal tracking and safety. We use control and management tools (order tracking procedures, circuits and information system, etc.) to track the routing of your products between the various stages of order preparation with the aim of ensuring a streamlined and responsive workflow. This allows us to ensure quality, safety and meet deadlines.
Our engagements
Mobilax is committed to the following:
- All orders placed before 7pm will be delivered the next day at 1pm.
- Any order placed before 4pm on Saturday will be delivered on Monday.
- Possibility of deliveries before 9 am and before 10 am the following day. Please contact us for pricing.

Shipping
Bike delivery possible, with our partner becycle
- Any order placed before 2 p.m. will be delivered before 5 p.m. the same day*.
- Urgent orders can be delivered in the morning, 2 hours after the validation of the order.

Delivery outside France:
- Depending on the area, it takes 2 days for delivery
- For more distant shipments, it can take between 4 and 5 days
- Lithium batteries are sent by land for metropolitan France and neighboring countries. For distant countries, they will be delivered by sea which could lengthen the delivery time.

Disputes in case of delivery
- In case of late delivery (after 1pm), the customer must contact his designated sales representative or Mobilax to report the delay.
- If the customer realizes that the package is damaged during delivery:
- He must write on the slip "subject to".
- Afterwards, he must check that all the products are functional. If this is not the case, he must inform us by email (commercial@mobilax.fr) with a photo of the defective products (broken).
- A package reported delivered when it is not (fraud):
- The customer must provide us with a denial of receipt letter, certifying not to have received the package.
- He must also provide us with a copy of his identity card.
